Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@muevbrand.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: MUEV - 495 Horizon Dr Suite 200, Suwanee, GA 30024, United States

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@muevbrand.com.

We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, you may return any product purchased on muevbrand.com within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. 

The returns must be in original packaging, unused (unworn, unwashed, un-altered) with tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

For sustainability purposes, we would appreciate if you would please include your original gift boxes with your return for reuse. If you have any questions, please reach out to customer service.

We do not accept returns for items not purchased on muevbrand.com. If you purchased an Muev Brands item from anywhere other than muevbrand.com, please reference the return policy of the company you purchased it from.

Return Process

Please either use the shipping notification email or log into your Muev Store account https://muevbrand.com/account and select the item/order you wish to return.  Initiate a return and request and we will start the process.

Prepaid Returns

We will provide free return shipping via return mail.  This service is not available outside the Continental United States (i.e., Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii) or Internationally including Canada and Mexico.

**Please include your order number in a reference field on the shipping label.** Failure to include order number on label and within package may result in processing delays.

Returns are processed end of week. Refunds are posted within 7 business days after items are received and reviewed. We reserve the right for review of all items for original condition criteria. Items found that do not meet criteria will be resolved properly according to policy.  Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.  We do not refund shipping fees paid.

Gift Return

Items received as gifts and purchased on the Muev Brands website may be returned for a store credit for the value paid by the purchaser. Merchandise must be in original condition including tags attached. We will NOT inform the purchaser of your return.

Please be sure you (the gift recipient)  include your name, email address, phone number, reason for return, description of items being returned, and if possible, the person’s name who gave the gift and indicate on packing slip or additional note for gift return.

Gift receipts and messages are included on the packing slip with your order when the purchaser chooses this option. 

 

Damages

Damages or defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery for a full refund/replacement(if stock allows) back to your original payment method. When reporting a defective item, please include pictures and description of the issue.

Packages that arrive damaged or are missing contents must be reported to the mail carrier for claim and compensation. We are not held responsible for damages/missing contents and issues from mail carriers. 

Exchanges

To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order and return the unneeded item(s). After we receive and review your original order, we’ll refund your original method of payment. (this does not apply to gifts. Please see gift return policy). Customer must provide new order number and indicate that returned items have been replaced with new order. If not properly indicated, returned order will be processed under the return policies. If you have any questions, please reach out to customer service. 

Return to Sender

Orders that are returned to sender by the mail carrier will be refunded to the original payment method.
